IDX Card Printer

The IDX is a desktop laser printer that combines IXLA high-quality output and reliability in a very compact unit designed for decentralized or low volume applications.

The IDX printer includes XY realtime registration, web-based software tools for full user control and systems logs.

FEATURES

• Card Input Feeder – Automated or Manual Feeding
• Vision System – The integrated vision tools allow for pre-personalization product inspection, offset registration of laser engraving data, and personalization verification by performing OCR/OCV checks.
• C-CL Encoder – The system enables the loading of personal data into the integrated electronic contact or contactless chip. The unit verifies whether the data is applied correctly and sends cards with malfunctioning chips to the reject bin.
• Magnetic Stripe Encoder – The inline magnetic stripe reader can read/write 3-track magnetic stripes per ISO 7811.
• Laser Modules – The laser systems allow for front and rear card engraving of photos, data, barcodes and graphical elements in non-tactile, embossed or indented modes.
